Rotate every other day between a "Diet Day" and a "Food Day". Diet one day and eat normal the next.

On "Diet Days" eat 20-25 wafers - (2) each hour followed by an 8 oz. glass of water.

Eat three well-balanced meals, eating lots of vitamin C rich foods on your days on and days off.  Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day to help flush out the toxins.
